Returns and Exchanges

We are a tiny team and our items are custom-printed on-demand for each order therefore we must have strict policies in place. With the exception of product or printing defects, we are unable to exchange items or accept returns at this time.

All items purchased are FINAL SALE and we appreciate your understanding.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return if there is a defect. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

If your product has a defect, please email hello@shopsevensouth.com to initiate a return. Please include your name and order number.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at hello@shopsevensouth.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

Sizing

Our products run true to size but if you are between sizes, we suggest you size up. Hats are one size fits all. Sizing charts are located on most product pages.

Washing Instructions

For best results, we recommend washing on cold water, or hand washing, then hanging to dry the items. Totes should not be washed.
